Pursuant to the above-mentioned Regulation, the HOLDER informs that the data possibly acquired via our website will be processed with instruments and procedures mainly digital, for the following purposes:

  • answer to your questions;
  • collect a database of the most frequent questions, suggestions and communications;

Texts, pictures and any other multimedia content on the website are owned by the Holder or to them licensed.

Browsing data

During the normal course of operation, the IT systems and the software procedures operating on this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit among internet communication protocols.

Among these data are the IP addresses or domain names of the users’ computers and terminals, URI/URL addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to server, answer file dimension, numerical code of the server answer (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data, necessary to use the web services, are processed also with the aim of:

  • acquiring statistical information regarding the use of the services (most frequently visited pages, number of users per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • checking the right functioning of the provided services.

The browsing data are kept for 7 days at the most and are cancelled right after their aggregation (unless potential necessity by the judicial authority to detect criminal offences).

Data given by the user

The sending, may it be optional, explicit and voluntary, of messages to the Holder’s addresses, involves the acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the message.
